A dip doesn’t necessarily need to be unhealthy. Keep it light and delicious by sweetening it with natural fruit instead of refined sugars.

1 cup of plain yogurt (I used plain coconut yogurt)

1/4 cup fresh, pressed juice (I used Red Jacket Apple-Strawberry)
